Just being there is really something, and to be able to do Liberation Breathing® there was a special treat. It felt like a wonderful change came over everyone breathing together in that energy. It felt like we could really generate more spiritual power in ourselves. Glastonbury is all about the path of the heart, so it is a wonderful place to gather and breathe together. This is the beginning of the ENGLAND Liberation Breathing® blog. Sondra Ray, who has written and taught on spiritual and relationship matters for decades, conducted Liberation Breathing seminars in London and Glastonbury this year in March and May. We invite our friends in England into this worldwide family of breathworkers and rebirthers, and particularly into the network of Liberation Breathing® that invokes the forces of the Divine Mother into the hearts and minds of those who practice it.
